Refund policy

The customer is not entitled to any refund for cancellation made on account of following reasons: i. Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition. ii. Orders placed on incorrect address by the customers and delivered The customer shall be entitled for 100% refund on orders that are cancelled at least 12 hours before scheduled delivery time. No cancellation is permissible within 12 hours from scheduled delivery time. In case a cancellation request is made after 12 hours before the scheduled delivery, no refund shall be issued to the customer. Any permissible refund amount shall be credited to the customer’s The Botanist's Story account and the amount shall be available for use on the next purchase from The Botanist's Story Perishable items (including flowers) are not refundable, once the order has been created. Non-perishable, unused, un-opened, items, still in mint condition, in original packaging can be returned with 100% refund, that will be credited to the customer’sThe Botanist's Story account and the amount shall be available for use on the next order from The Botanist's Story. Non-perishable items include The Botanist's Story handpoured Seva Candles and 100% Dried Flower arrangements. There will be no refund of delivery charges, if any, on the return of products. Any permissible refund amount shall be reflected in the customer’s The Botanist's Story account within 7 (seven) days of cancellation of the product or return of the product, whichever is later. The decision of The Botanist's Story regarding condition of goods at time of return shall be final. Any dispute regarding refund and cancellation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bombay only.
