The Botanist Story
About The Botanist Story
Founded by Pooja Chauhan, The Botanist’s Story brings together global floral artistry and the richness of Indian wedding traditions. Pooja’s journey began in banking, but her longstanding fascination with nature led her to discover Ikebana, the Japanese art of floral arrangement, over two decades ago. What began as a personal passion evolved into a lifelong pursuit, with training at the renowned Sogetsu School in Japan and the Judith Blacklock Flower School in London.
At The Botanist’s Story, this international perspective is translated into bespoke Indian wedding celebrations, from vibrant haldi and mehendi ceremonies to lively sangeets and statement wedding mandaps. The focus goes beyond conventional décor to create immersive floral installations that transform venues into thoughtfully curated spaces. With an eye for detail and a distinctive understanding of floral artistry, The Botanist’s Story creates celebrations where every element feels intentional, personal and connected to the overall wedding experience.
